" This 1930's property has been a happy home for many years and is well positioned, nestled away at the end of a prime residential road in a sought-after area of town, whilst offering easy access to the High Street and mainline station. It was extended some years ago but would be ideal for someone requiring a project as it now requires updating and offers fantastic scope to modernise. The covered entrance porch with sliding doors gives access to the front door and entrance hallway with doors to all rooms on the ground floor. There is a huge open plan reception room; the dining area has a front aspect bay window, picture rails and sliding timber doors opening to the dual aspect living room with a working cast iron feature fireplace and stripped wooden flooring. This reception room has sliding doors to the conservatory overlooking the rear garden. The kitchen has a range of units with space and plumbing for all the usual appliances, a traditional shelved larder, tiled flooring and a door to the conservatory.
