" Having decided to develop their dream home, the current owners completed this very special project around 7 years ago. As you approach the property it quickly becomes clear that this is not a standard design. Quadruple full height glazed bi-folding doors sit symmetrically between feature brick pillars either side of the solid wood front door, allowing natural light to flood into the largely open plan ground floor. The sitting area is double aspect and has an attractive solid fuel burner against the side wall and there is another similar burner in the dining area. The stylish, individually designed kitchen is fitted with high end appliances such as Gaggenau ovens and built in Liebherr fridge and has a beautiful black granite work surface sitting on top of the island units. Double doors open out onto the rear patio and garden, ideal for summer entertaining. The utility room is also very well fitted and has a connecting door into the triple garage which benefits from a tiled floor and under floor heating.
A glass staircase leads from the sitting area down to 2 large reception rooms and the steam roomshower. Currently these rooms are set up as a gymnasium and cinema room and both have double doors out to a light well with stairs leading up to the rear garden. These rooms could be adapted for use as further bedrooms if required.

The property can be found on the leafy fringes of this popular Surrey village about 0.7 miles from the High Street, 1 mile from the rail station and 1.5 miles from junction 3 of the M3. The High Street offers a variety of local shopping, pubs and restaurants, there is a large Waitrose supermarket within 0.7 miles and more comprehensive shopping can be found in Camberley, about 3.5 miles to the West. Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa is recognised as one of the finest in the country and is only a matter of a few hundred yards away, as are hundreds of acres of Swinley Forest which is perfect for long walks and mountain biking.
