The front aspect living room with square bay window and gas fire is of generous size as is the fully fitted kitchen which is open to the conservatory with a view of the rear garden. The kitchen has an integrated electric oven and gas hob, other appliances can be stored in the seperate utility or in the store room. There is a further reception room which could be used as a dining area or a childrens playroom, there is also a downstairs W/C. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, all of which have built in wardrobes, the master benefits from an en-suite shower room and the further 3 bedrooms are complemented by the spacious family bathroom. The owners have recently converted the loft space which has created an excellent space that offers versatille accomodation, currently laid out as an office and family room, it could be transformed into a master suite if preferred.

The property is conveniently situated within easy reach of Camberley town centre and Frimley High Street with their railway stations.
