" This delightful property has a smart kitchen and refitted bathroom. On the ground floor all rooms lead off a central hallway. The kitchen is well fitted with ample storage and a full range of appliances.

The spacious living/dining room is split level with a picture window making the most of the lovely views to the garden and beyond. The living room has a stone fireplace fitted with a flame effect electric fire, with French doors leading out onto the patio. Another room on this floor could be used as a third bedroom or, alternatively, a family room. Off the hallway is a new bathroom and a separate WC.

Up on the first floor the large master bedroom has stunning views over the garden and surrounding countryside. The second bedroom is also a double room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is an additional eaves storage cupboard. The landing area is particularly spacious and could accommodate seating/study furniture.

A real feature of the property are the gardens. Carefully planted and well maintained over many years, there are mature hedges along the borders.
