" ***LAUNCH DAY SATURDAY 24TH APRIL 1PM โ€“ 4PM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY*** Park Road is a popular residential location situated in southern Aldershot. The property is just an eighteen-minute walk from Aldershot Mainline Station (Waterloo 47 minutes). In addition to the Station there are open green spaces again within walking distance, Brickfields Country Park being within 0.4 miles and both Manor Park and Aldershot Park also being just half a mile away.

To the front of the house there is a garden area enclosed by a low-level brick wall whilst a paved pathway leads to the front door. To the left-hand side of the property there is a pathway giving access to the rear of the plot where you will find a good-sized rear garden and outbuilding, which could easily be transformed into an outside workshop, office, or gym.
