" 48 Ayling Lane is a charming 1930โ€˜s style detached family home located in a highly desirable location. Over the years the property has benefited from extension, re-modelling and refurbishment resulting in what we feel is an attractive and functional family home. The property features four bedrooms, four reception areas, a newly fitted kitchen, as well as two bathrooms plus a separate WC. We love this property and believe that you will too.

The property is conveniently located for access to local schools and amenities with St Josephโ€˜s School (OFSTED Outstanding) being just 0.4 miles away and All Hallows School (also OFSTED Outstanding) being just 0.5 miles away.
