" York Road is situated in a popular area of Aldershot only a 0.7 mile walk to Rowhill Nature Reserve which is situated on the Aldershot/Farnham Border. Aldershotβ€˜s train station with direct access to London Waterloo from only 47 minutes is a pleasant 0.6 mile walk away through the Municipal gardens (which the property backs onto). There are also a range of local schools to chose from within 1 mile rated either OFSTED Good or outstanding. For commuters the A331 is within easy reach which gives access to the A31 (hogs back) to Guildford and junction 4 of the M3. The new Westgate development is a 0.3 mile walk and has range of restaurants, Morrisons supermarket and a Cineworld cinema.
