" Located in the desirable village of Frensham and offered with no onward chain, is this pretty and character Edwardian mid terrace property. Situation
Frensham is a picturesque village with a village shop, public house, village hall and recreation ground which has cricket, tennis and bowling clubs. The surrounding countryside is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with the opportunities of walking, riding and sailing at Frensham Ponds. Nearby Frensham Common is owned by the National Trust and is a popular spot for dog walkers. The Georgian town of Farnham offers an excellent choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants including Loch Fyne, CΓ΄te, Brasserie Blanc, Bills and Zizzi, along with an extensive range of shopping and recreational facilities. There are several highly regarded local state and private schools within the area including St Maryβ€˜s village school, Frensham Heights and Edgeborough. Communications are excellent with a mainline station with services to LondonWaterloo within 3 miles and the A3M25 providing access to London, Heathrow, Gatwick and the south Coast.
