" Within a sought after, 1970โ€˜s extension to the village, a well planned, maintained and equipped detached house of traditional style with a pleasing combination of location, arrangement of accommodation and presentation. The elevations are of brick with UVPC sealed unit double glazed windows and many climbers under a tiled roof. There are many appointments, cupboards and fittings and French doors from the sitting room to the terrace and garden. The integral double garage is accessed from the breakfast room. A bright, sunlit and comfortable house. All main services are connected and there is gas central heating.

Situation
Parkhurst Fields lies about 0.25 of a mile and within walking distance of the centre of Churt, a popular thriving village with a sense of community and a village green with the church, infant school, inn, shop with post office, restaurant, garage, cricket and recreation field, tennis club and a range of village societies. The countryside on the West SurreyEast Hampshire border around Churt is renowned for its National Trust land and excellent walking and riding and is largely designated as an Area of Outstanding Beauty and Great Landscape Value, within the Green Belt. A โ€˜bus service connects the old country towns of Farnham and Haslemere, both about 6.5 miles and with commuter services in under the hour to London Waterloo.
