" Arranged over four floors, this is a deceptively spacious Victorian townhouse with larger than average proportions which gives a generously, large, airy and light feel. The interior presents immaculately and is worthy of a magazine shoot with a smart, contemporary neutral dn++cor, stripped wood floors and cream carpets throughout. It has been sympathetically modernized to offer two slick contemporary bathrooms and kitchen but still retains much of its original character. A smart loose slate path leads you to the front door on the side from which you enter the house. Turning left, there is a large bay windowed sitting room with an impressive fireplace housing a gas effect fire and turning right there is roomy dining room area, again with feature fireplace and French windows leading to the garden.
