" There can be few better Victorian houses in this price range than this stunning example. Beautifully presented throughout and with excellent accommodation over three floors, it must be seen to fully recognise just how lovely it is. Furthermore it provides wide reaching views of the surrounding countryside, such is its elevated position.

This fabulous home affords finely presented accommodation with an adaptable layout. Most of the living accommodation is on the upper ground floor, the principal attraction being a lovely, bright, open plan kitchen/dining room with stunning oak flooring on two levels, white gloss units with contrasting turquoise splashbacks and central granite top units. The kitchen enjoys further granite worktops to two walls, a four burner electric induction hob and separate eye level double oven, whilst there is space for a large upright fridge/freezer and a built-in dishwasher. The front aspect sitting room with its Victorian style cast-iron surround fireplace is a super relaxing room, particularly in the evening, as most of your daytime will inevitably be spent in the kitchen/dining room.

On the first floor are three of the bedrooms. This includes the master with built-in double-width wardrobes and access to its own en suite shower room with modern white suite.
