" Charlotteville is an extremely attractive and central enclave in Guildford, principally made up of period homes all within a stone's throw of the town's beautiful and historic High Street. Laid out over two floors the accommodation has a good deal of flexibility depending upon the needs of an incoming buyer as the house has been extended on the back with a large family room with an attractive semi vaulted ceiling and doors that lead out onto the terrace and garden.
