" Sitting in central Guildford within no more than a short stroll of the town this is a beautiful period home of enormous character and warmth with delightful flint dashed elevations under a clay tiled roof. From the start and throughout the house is awash with the pleasing features that one would expect to find in a house of this era such as exposed floorboards, fireplaces, sash windows with their original rising shutters and that certain warm and comfortable feeling that comes from these lovely character homes.
