" Located within Boxgrove Park conveniently situated for a number of schools and local amenities, a four bedroom detached house offered to the market for the first time since new in 1969. The property is in need of modernisation and offers further potential to extend, subject to the usual consents. Situation The property is located in the popular Boxgrove area, approximately 1.5 miles from Guildford Town Centre. Local shops catering for daily needs can be found within easy walking distance, together with regular bus services to and from Guildford. The property is particularly well placed for excellent local schools including Boxgrove Primary School, St. Peter's Catholic School and George Abbot Secondary School. The Spectrum Leisure Complex is approx ยฝ mile and London road Station is within 1 mile. Description This detached property has been in the same family ownership since the house was built in the late 1960's. The property does now require modernisation and offers the new owners potential to create a modern family home to their own requirements and specification. The accommodation comprises a good sized sitting room with patio doors onto the rear garden.
