" Sitting in a commanding postion in the heart of central Guildford, this is a beautiful, flint dashed period home that is believed to have been originally built in the early part of the 19th century. With its striking flint dashed elevations, its charming bay windows and sitting behind a very pretty front garden this is without doubt a landmark town home that is in a highly central location just a few moments walk from Guildford's beautiful and historic High Street. This has been a much loved family home for our clients for some considerable time who, in many ways, will be very sorry to leave but in doing so give someone the opportunity to buy a delightful family home of enormous character. A stroll through the very pretty front garden brings you to a covered storm porch where the front door takes you into a beautifully spacious reception hall which immediately gives a feeling of space to the house that in fact continues throughout. The principal reception rooms of drawing room and dining room are both extremely generous and attractive rooms with bay windows that look out over the delightful cottage garden at the front. The drawing room is a particularly attractive living space with a central fireplace and a very warm and comfortable feel while along the hall, the dining room is equally pleasing.
