" Situated in a quiet and attractive location within well-kept communal gardens and a green and pleasant outlook, this is a wonderfully light and well-proportioned top floor apartment. Having been totally re-modelled by our clients during their time there, the flat is beautifully presented with refitted kitchen and bathrooms and is neutrally decorated throughout adding to the feeling of light and space. The principal living space is a large open plan sitting room and kitchen where the latter has been completely refitted with a wide range of high gloss units with built in appliances and fabulous quartz worktops all of which gives it a very unique and attractive feel. The sitting room has a huge picture window that overlooks the communal gardens at the back and a very useful study alcove off to one side and as a whole this sitting room and kitchen give the flat a very attractive, open plan day to day living space.
