It is conveniently located for the A3 giving fast access to London and the M25 orbital motorway. Located approximately one and a half miles away is Guildford town centre with its wide range of shops, restaurants and recreational facilities. There are two train stations providing services to London Waterloo with trains from the main line station taking approximately 35 minutes.

From Guildford, proceed along London Road towards Burpham. Continue through the traffic lights at Waterden Road and after about 1 mile, take the second exit at the roundabout.
