" A very well presented 4 bedroom detached family home within this small development built by Crest Nicholson approximately six years ago. Presented in excellent condition and decorative order throughout. There is an attractive porch which provides shelter over the front door which opens onto the entrance hall with stairs leading up to the first floor. To the right there is a large living room with fitted fireplace and double French doors leading out on to the rear garden.
There is a separate dining room which could also be used as a family room / snug or a study. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
