The property has undergone extensive rennovation and modernisation and is presented in excellent order throughout. The property has a very large and private frontage surrounded by mature trees and hedges with original cotswold stone walling. Laid to gravel providing numerous parking spaces with a single integral garage. The entrance hall is laid to oak flooring and is large and light with the stairs leading to the first floor. The kitchen / breakfast / dining area is extremely large and has been recently fitted with a very high specification kitchen with fully integrated applicances and has been maintained to a high standard resulting in a 'show home' appearance. The dining / breakfast area has the benefit of bi-folding glass doors which open out to a large patio area and resulting in this room being cast in natural daylight and a stunning entertaining room / party room.
