" An impressive 3/4 bedroom period semi-detached house that offers modern and well presented accommodation, off street parking and a delightful south-west facing garden, situated towards the end of a no-through road in this popular village with amenities close to Cirencester. The living space is arranged over two floors and comprises on the ground floor an entrance hall with door to the spacious dual aspect sitting room through to a dining/garden room which enjoys glazed double doors to the garden. Of particular note is the superb kitchen dining room which features a full complement of fitted units, integrated appliances and solid wood worktops, and to conclude the ground floor is a fitted utility / cloakroom. The first floor accommodation provides a master bedroom which offers a modern and well fitted ensuite shower room, and lovely views to the south from a Juliet balcony. There are two further well proportioned bedrooms both offering far reaching views, a modern family bathroom, and a study/single bedroom.

Situation
Siddington is a thriving village barely a mile to the south of Cirencester with local amenities that include a primary school, post office / store, church, a well regarded public house in The Greyhound, village hall and well equipped playing fields. Close by, Cirencester itself is a thriving Market Town surrounded by some of the loveliest countryside in the Cotswolds. It has a comprehensive range of shops as well as excellent schooling, health care and professional services. Communications are excellent with access to both the M4 and M5 motorways via a dual carriageway. There are main line rail services from Kemble, about 4 miles (Paddington 1 hour and 20 minutes) and Swindon, about 14 miles (Paddington 58 minutes).
