" A well presented semi-detached modern cottage, located in a popular village location. The light and airy accommodation comprises of good sized sitting/dining room, well fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, family bathroom, garage and pretty gardens.

SOUTH CERNEY The village of South Cerney is relatively large with an extensive range of amenities including Infant and Junior schools, Post Office, chemist, mini-market, hairdresser, doctors surgery, three pubs and a golf course. The village is ideally situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Parks, approximately 3 miles south of the market town of Cirencester and about 12 miles from Swindon. Cheltenham is 18 miles to the north. South Cerney is on the fringe of the Cotswolds and very accessible to either Kemble or Swindon for the high speed train service (Paddington c. 55 minutes from Swindon) and the M4/M5 motorways are approximately 15 and 18 miles away respectively.
