" This generous detached chalet style property is located on a private road within 1.3 miles of the market place. Situated within the popular area of Stratton to the north of the town it is conveniently positioned on the very edge of Cirencester Park.

Although the property is in need of general updating and modernisation, it does extend to some 1488 sq. ft. of living space offering great flexibility with the majority of the accommodation arranged across the ground floor. Prior to our clientsβ€˜ ownership, a first floor bedroom and EnSuite was created further enhancing the space. More recently solar panels have been fitted to the roof.

Externally, the property is approached across a private lane with a gated driveway leading into the front garden. This area provides ample space for parking, access to the garage and side passage to a wonderful mature rear garden. This property occupies one of the largest plots within Donside, which in total measures just under 12 an acre.

Situation
Stratton is situated on the Northern side of Cirencester and the area has a village like atmosphere with a school, pub and a shoppost office. Cirencester itself is a lovely old market town dominated by the beautiful Parish Church and surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside. It has a comprehensive range of shops, excellent schooling, health care and professional services. Communications are good with access to the M4 and M5 motorways. There are main line rail services from Kemble about 4 miles (Paddington 1 hour and 20 minutes).
