" DESCRIPTION This semi-detached modern home is situated within the popular Chesterton area of Cirencester, within walking distance to amenities and also close proximity to beautiful countryside walks around Chesterton Farmβ€˜s land. SITUATION Cirencester is known as the capital of the Cotswolds with its thriving market square overlooked by the large cathedral like St John Baptists Church which is one of the largest Churches in England. The towns heritage dates back to Roman times when it was the second largest town in the country called Corinium and there are still amphitheatre sites in the area to visit. Cirencester has a range of facilities including both high street and specialist shops, supermarkets including Waitrose, a leisure centre and open air swimming pool. There are excellent primary and secondary schooling within the town and a sixth form campus whilst good independent schools are located in the surrounding area. The Royal Agricultural University is situated on the edge of the town. There are ample sporting opportunities including golf, horse riding around Cirencester Park, football, rugby, cricket and the Cotswold lakes are only a 10 minute drive away with a range of water sports available. Cirencester is conveniently located for easy access to the M4 and M5 via the A419 for commuting to Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Swindon and London. Regular trainline services to London Paddington can be found at Kemble station and Swindon station whilst Cirencester has a good coach service to London Victoria and other destinations.
