" RECENTLY LET THROUGH CBSLADE PROPERTY GROUP! Great sized family home with three bedrooms and flexible living accommodation. There is driveway parking for a single car and a good size garden to the rear. It is superbly located for a range of local amenities as well as all local schools. NOW LET!

PROPERTY
The property is accessed via a useful porch which leads into the spare reception room

(currently used as a fourth bedroom) and also into the living room. This room is particularly large and offers open plan and flexible accommodation. There are stairs leading to the first floor and an opening through to the kitchen which is fitted with a range of cupboards and drawers and features a built in fridge freezer.
