" A charming and beautifully presented semi-detached period house set back from the road and occupying an elevated position with views across the village. The ground floor offers adjoining sitting and dining rooms with the former being focussed around an imposing stone fireplace housing a wood burning stove whilst the latter has an exposed brick fireplace. The kitchen, which has a cream Rayburn at its heart, is fitted with a range of painted shaker-style units topped with oak work surfaces that are complemented by limestone flooring. The conservatory provides a perfect year-round setting to take in the views. There are two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms on the first floor with a third bedroom and handy study area on the second floor.

The gardens are a true delight and offer deep, well-stocked beds and lawns with hedged and fenced boundaries. A paved terrace is ideal for al fresco dining. To the front there is off road parking for three vehicles.

Sheepscombe is a delightful Cotswold village approximately 2 miles from Painswick nestling in an enchanting valley and sheltered by mature woodlands. Comprised of several hamlets, the village boasts a fine public house in The Butchers Arms which has an excellent reputation for its food and ambiance whilst the primary school, church, village hall and cricket club all provide a hub for many groups and activities.
