" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Situated in the popular village of Painswick, this 2 bedroom house offers a quiet cul-de-sac location. Painswick is known as the ‘Queen of the Cotswolds‘ and boasts 2 pubs, several cafes and restaurants, a pharmacy and convenience store. There is also a good playgroup & primary school and facilities/clubs for rugby, tennis, cricket and bowls as well as a thriving arts scene.

Accommodation comprises the following:- Front door leads into the kitchen. This is equipped with plenty of storage and a new free standing cooker (not the one in the picture). There is space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher and a tall space for a fridge-freezer.

From the kitchen, the living room is accessed. This is a spacious room with a gas fired log burner style stove. There are patio doors to the courtyard garden.
