" Occupying a corner location within this exclusive country estate of 76 homes within 32 acres of well manicured grounds, this stylishly appointed and thoughtfully improved semi-detached two storey, three bedroom country cottage is perfect for those looking for either a main or a second home and is strongly recommended for internal inspection.

The property exudes a natural grace particularly when welcomed by limestone flooring in the entrance hall which is complimented by a fine limestone fireplace in the living room with an elevated recessed fire. Not only is there a separate living room and dining room but there is a separate garden room with the accommodation forming an L-shape around the rear courtyard garden giving a fashionable walk round effect as there are French doors from both living and garden rooms onto the courtyard.

Directions:
From our Moreton in Marsh office turn left and at the second mini roundabout turn right into Bourton Road continuing through the village of Bourton on the Hill and after which turn right signposted Blockley. Continue on the same road through Blockley village after which turn left and follow the signs for Northwick Business Park and Chipping Campden. After approximately a 1/4 mile turn left into the Northwick Park Estate following the road to the left and just before the entrance to the Manor House turn right and this is then the final house on the right hand side off the road. Turn right at the top of the road and visitors parking is then a short way along on the left hand side.
