" Positioned towards the end of Blockley High Street just before Days Lane and only a few hundred yards from walks in scenic Dovedale Woods, this inner terraced, three storey, two bedroom traditional Grade II listed, Cotswold cottage is perfect for those looking for a bolt hole in the Cotswolds in a quiet village setting and would therefore be perfect as a second home or a holiday cottage.

There is a small patio garden to the rear wall screened with mature trees.

There is an open plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and a spacious full depth bedroom on the second floor with an apex ceiling. The cottage has some exposed pointed stone walls, exposed beams, a real fireplace and three built in window seats.

Blockley is located midway between the cafe society of Chipping Campden and the more traditional market town of Moreton in Marsh where there are rail links to London Paddington. The village has two public houses, a village shop and tea rooms, a primary school and is perfectly located for access to some of the most picturesque countryside and villages in the north cotswolds.

Directons:
From our Moreton in Marsh office turn left and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A44 continuing through the village of Bourton on the Hill after which turn right sign posted Blockley. Upon entering the village continue past Lower Brook House on the right hand side, at the following crossroads turn left adjacent to the village green and at the following T junction turn left continuing past the village shop and round the corner into the High Street. Continue past the Crown Inn on the right, past Chapel Lane and just after Brook Lane on the left this property is located around 50 yards further on the right hand side just before Days Lane.
