" Positioned on one of the main approaches to this North Cotswold village and enjoying excellent views to both front and rear over undulating countryside, this deceptively spacious inner terraced, three storey, two double bedroom country cottage is recommended for inspection.

The property has been upgraded over recent years to include gas fired central heating from a combination boiler, sealed unit double glazing, upgraded wiring and plumbing, an attractive modern fitted kitchen and the benefit of not only a shower room/W.C on the first floor but also a bathroom/W.C on the lower ground floor. The property also has the advantage of a 50 ft well tended garden with store shed.

Blockley is positioned midway between cosmoplitan Chipping Campden and the more traditional market town of Moreton in Marsh where there are rail links to London Paddington. The village has its own primary school, community run village shop, two public houses, a hotel and is within the catchment area for Chipping Campden secondary school.

Directions:
From our Moreton in Marsh office turn left and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A44 continuing through the village of Bourton on the Hill after which turn right sign posted Blockley. When entering the village pass Lower Brook House on the right hand side and at the following crossroads turn left adjacent to the village green and at the following T junction turn right towards Chipping Campden, and into Park Road.
