" Positioned only a hundred yards from the centre of one of the most popular villages in the North Cotswolds and providing excellent accommodation for those looking for either a main home, second home or a property for investment purposes, this inner terrace, three-storey, three bedroom village home has been upgraded over recent years and should be viewed internally to be fully appreciated.
The property has the advantage of a recently installed gas fired central heating system with a combination boiler, UPVC double glazing, and an open plan living room/kitchen on the ground floor has attractive, fitted kitchen units with a built-in oven and hob, fridge and washing machine. There is also a contemporary style bathroom suite on the first floor level with a built in shower.
Character features of the property include a very attractive, sanded parquet oak floor on the ground floor, together with a stone fireplace with the opportunity for a real fire if required.

From our Moreton in Marsh office turn left and turn right at the second mini roundabout along the A44 into Bourton Road. Continue through the village of Bourton on the Hill and turn right at the signpost for 'Blockley one and half miles.' When entering the village pass Lower Brook House on the right and at the following crossroads adjacent to the village green turn left. At the next 'T' junction turn right towards Chipping Campden into Park Road, this property is then a short way along on the right hand side.
