" Positioned in the centre of this beautiful North Cotswold village occupying a discreet hideaway location midway along a private driveway and having the benefit of a completely enclosed south facing garden, this individually styled two storey, three bedroom village residence is strongly recommended for inspection by those looking for something a little different in a quiet peaceful village.

The house was built in the mid 1960's and the kitchen was extended sometime later. This property has a 30 ft living room with a real fire with large picture windows overlooking the garden and creating a light and airy ambience. The extended kitchen has ample room for a large breakfast table and at first floor level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite to the master bedroom. Although generally requiring some upgrading internally, externally the property has pretty gardens that have been well tended by three generations of the same family.

The property is located on a level position just off the High Street and is within easy walking distance of two public houses: the Fox Inn and the Horse and Groom in Upper Oddington. The village is located midway between the famous market towns of Stow on the Wold, Chipping Norton and Moreton-in-Marsh and there are rail links to London Paddington at nearby Kingham railway station.
