DIRECTIONS From the centre of Stow-on-the-Wold head in an easterly direction on the A436 towards Chipping Norton. After approximately 2.5 miles and having passed the VW garage turn right signposted Lower Oddington, 3 Home Close is the third property on the left.

LOCATION The Oddingtons are attractive and peaceful Cotswold villages with a public house in each of the villages of Upper and Lower Oddington. There is a village hall and two churches including historic C.11th church of St Nicholas. The villages are in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In turn, Stow-on-the-Wold is set about two miles away. There is a local bus service connecting with various towns and villages. There are also daily main line train services from Moreton-in-Marsh and Kingham to London Paddington via Oxford.

Stairs with painted hand rail lead to the first floor landing. Access to the roof space.

Bedroom One 10'5' x 9'10' max and incorporating chimney breast with display niche with shelving to one side.

Bedroom Two 11'2' x 9'10' and incorporating chimney breast with display niche with shelving to one side.

Bedroom Three 9'4' x 7'10'

Bathroom 9'3' x 7'5' overall and incorporating the airing cupboard with a foam lagged copper hot water cylinder with emersion heater. Slatted timber shelving and further storage cupboard with shelving which is set above the stairs. Matching white suite comprising panelled bath with chrome taps and separate Triton electric shower with glazed shower screen. Pedestal wash hand basin. Low level WC.

Outside 3 Home Close is approached by a pair of gates and tarmacadam drive suitable for parking a couple of vehicules in tandem. There is a lawned area to the front surrounded by hedging and steps lead to the front door.

Set to the side of the house is a pedestrian gate and path which lead to the rear garden which may also be approached from the back door from the rear hall. There is a good sized paved terraced area and trellesing with timber gates separating the remainder of the garden which is predominately laid to lawn with a central path and hard standing and a timber shed at the bottom of the garden. There is a chain linked fence forming the boundary to either side and close board and timber fencing at the rear.
