" Positioned at the entrance to a quiet residential cul de sac at the centre of Moreton in Marsh, within easy walking distance of the station and close to the old town and St David's church, this semi detached, two storey, two bedroom townhouse was built in the late 1980's and will be ideal for single persons, young couples or for those looking for a property for investment purposes. There is potential for an extension at the side of the property subject to planning permission.

The property has a distinctive angular shape allowing for interestingly sized rooms, particularly noticeable in the well fitted kitchen which has a small dining area and a built in oven and hob.
