" Positioned in a quiet residential back water away from main stream traffic and offering deceptively spacious and substantially extended accommodation, this detached four double bedroom executive family residence has the advantage of two separate ground floor reception rooms and a stylish fitted kitchen with a good compliment of units and integrated appliances and a separate utility area.

At first floor level there is a modern bathroom and an en suite shower room to the master bedroom which also has a range of fitted wardrobes and small dressing area.
