" Prominently positioned along one of Moreton's premier boulevards and offering deceptively spacious accommodation on three levels, this mid terrace three/four bedroom, Edwardian family home has been occupied by the same family for many years and is strongly recommended for those looking for a property to develop to their own requirements.

The property has many character features including stained skirtings, architraves, doors and banister rails, there is an attractively tiled hallway and the property still retains what is believed to be four original fireplaces. More contemporary refinements include gas fired central heating and UPVC double glazing.

The particularly ingratiating features of the property include a car port with parking for at least one vehicle leading to an enclosed, south facing rear courtyard with two separate out houses, which we are informed used to be a dairy and a stable when the property was owed by the local milkman who used to deliver the milk on the horse and trap. Beyond this there is a surprising 100ft south facing rear garden, attractively landscaped in parts with an ornamental pond. The property allows for two separate reception rooms on the ground floor, two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and on the second floor there is a large studio bedroom currently divided in half.

A quite unique property which should be viewed internally to be fully appreciated.
