" Prominently positioned on one of the main approaches to this popular north Cotswold market town, and offering spacious accommodation on three levels, this end terrace, three bedroom character home is recommended for inspection by those looking for a more affordable town house or particularly those looking for property for investment purposes for which the property has been used for the last eight years.

The property has upvc double glazing, gas fired central heating from a combination boiler, a real fire place in the living room and there are modern kitchen and bathroom fittings.

The property is adjacent to a recently completed renovation and extension of the Wellington Inn and as part of this arrangement the owners of this property have rights of access to use the communal courtyard to the rear of the property and over which they have access through the car park to an enclosed communal bin store adjacent to Evenlode Road.
