" Screened in a cloak of mature foliage and positioned on a spacious third of an acre plot, this deceptively spacious and substantially extended detached, two storey, four bedroom, executive family residence offers adaptable accommodation which should be viewed first hand to be fully appreciated.

Built in the 1930's there are still some original features including many pine wood doors with oak skirtings and architraves and some beams to the ceiling in the main living room. The Westerly elevation of the property now comprises a full depth, two storey, one bedroom annex with its own entrance hall, living room, kitchen and four piece bathroom suite. This creates an excellent environment for two parts of a family looking to live together or the annex offers the opportunity to be let separately either on a long term or as a holiday cottage.

The main residence has the advantage of not only one but two double glazed conservatories both of which enjoy excellent views over the well manicured lawned rear garden which has its own water feature and pond. There are two reception rooms, a well fitted kitchen and the property has two individual gas fired central heating systems, one to the house and one to the annex.
