" Prominently positioned along one of Moreton's premier boulevards and offering deceptively spacious and substantially extended accommodation, this semi detached, two storey, three bedroom family home is set back from the road with 45 ft of garden frontage which incorporates off street parking for around six vehicles.

The property has been extended to now incorporate a 27 ft kitchen and dining room with granite worktops, built in oven and hob and the master bedroom above measures 18 ft and overlooks the 60 ft enclosed privately screened rear garden.
