" This detached bungalow is set in a good sized plot with front garden and 81' x 52' rear garden. The rear garden is well stocked including fruit trees. Its is located in a small village serviced by the nearby market town of Winchcombe, a Cotswold town with a range of shops and facilities including medical centre less than a mile away. There is a garage and driveway at the front. Inside the property clearly requires modernisation and updating but is a blank canvas to start with. Who knows what could be done to this property with imagination, it could be transformed into a beautiful home. With this plot there are many possibilities. Entering the bungalow via the front door it has an entrance hall in which all rooms are accessed, including two bedrooms, two reception rooms, one with French doors to rear garden and also a kitchen to the rear.
