" A bay fronted, Tudor style dormer, three bedroom semi detached family home believed to date from 1910 and would benefit from further modernisation/up-grading with a generous rear garden, situated in this sought after area within walking distance of a local corner shop and a bus route. The property can be reached via a tarmac driveway with a lawn area to the side with mature hedging. The front door leads into the entrance hall with stairs to the first floor with understairs cupboard, doors to the living room and dining room. The living room has a high ceiling which are a feature throughout the house, an attractive fireplace with a wooden surround and tiled inserts, shelved alcoves and a square bay window to the front aspect. The separate dining area has a feature brick walled chimney breast with a gas fire insitu and slab hearth, an opening leads into the kitchen area and double doors into the conservatory. The kitchen area has a range of eye level and base units with working surfaces over, a double stainless steel sink with mixer tap over, plumbing for washing machine and a window to the side aspect.
