" A detached family residence of character, believed to date back to the 1930's, set in an historic street close to good local shops and schools in Charlton Kings. The accommodation comprises a tiled entrance hall, modern sitting room with vaulted ceiling and French doors to the garden, an oak panelled living room with hidden door (believed to be from an Oxford College) that opens into a butler's pantry/small office. A particular feature of the property is the lovely large kitchen/dining/family room with open fire and bay window to the garden and French doors to the side and courtyard garden. The kitchen has a range cooker, integrated fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The ground floor also has a cloakroom and separate utility room with space for a washing machine and tumble drier. On the first floor are 4 bedrooms, two currently being used as offices, and the principal bedroom having an en-suite shower room. There is a shower over the bath in the family bathroom. To the rear is a small courtyard garden and to the front a good sized lawned garden which is dog and child secure. The gardens are surrounded by high hedging or walls giving a good degree of privacy. The front of the property is accessed from Hamilton Street where there are two off-road parking space on the driveway. The house lies on the corner of Hamilton Street and Cudnall Street. Hamilton Street links Cudnall Street and the London Road where there are coffee shops, restaurants and a doctors surgery. In addition there are excellent local schools in the area. Charlton Kings which is a much sought after area, retains a village like charm yet lies to the South East of Cheltenham. "
