" A wonderful 4 bedroom detached residence recently built by renowned local developers, Marcus Homes in a small enclave of similar properties in sought-after Charlton Kings on the south-east side of Cheltenham.

Charlton Kings retains its village atmosphere and is renowned for its excellent schools both state and private including Charlton Kings Infants, Juniors and Balcarras as well as St Edwards independent school. There are good local shops, supermarkets, pubs, library, churches etc in Charlton Kings. "
