" A characterful, 1930's, three bedroom semi detached house, which would benefit from further updating and modernisation and is situated in this popular cul-de-sac close to the sought after Naunton Park Primary School. Entrance hall with stairs to the first floor with an understairs cupboard housing the meters and the gas boiler. Door into the dining area and a bi-fold door into the kitchen. The living room opens through to the dining room with dual aspect windows to the front and rear, fireplace with gas fire and small cupboard into alcove.
