" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION This detached 4 bedroom family home is available to rent long term and benefits from a superb quiet location, generous room sizes and plenty of outside space. There are beautiful views from the front of the property towards the Cotswold escarpment.

Ashley Close is a quiet cul-de-sac off Greenway Lane just a short walk away from the shops of Six Ways in Charlton Kings.

At the front of the property there is a large recently upgraded driveway leading to the front door and garage. Inside the front door is an enclosed separate hallway, off which is the downstairs WC and a useful storage cupboard for coats and shoes. The hallway leads through to the main reception room.

The living room is a generous room running from front to back of the house. It has a gas fireplace and there is a sliding patio door to the rear patio and garden. A door from the living room leads through to the right taking you into the dining room and kitchen.

The dining room has ample room for a large table and chairs and also has a sliding glazed door to the rear garden. This room flows nicely from the modern fitted kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, extractor hood, double chest height oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The Corian work tops have an inset double sink and there is the traditional picture window to the beautiful rear garden.
