" A superb four bedroom family home built in approx.1990 and located in the sought after area of Pittville, Cheltenham. The house offers substantial accommodation over two floors. Situated and secluded in a quiet cul-de-sac off Hillcourt Road this property is within walking distance of Cheltenham town centre and the beautiful Pittville Park and Pump Rooms. On the ground floor there are three reception rooms, cloakroom/WC, kitchen and utility room. To the first floor is a light and spacious landing with all four bedrooms (master en-suite) leading off as well as the family bathroom, storage cupboard and airing cupboard. Three of the four bedrooms face in a south westerly direction providing a bright and warm living space. The property benefits from a very light and airy feel and decorated neutrally throughout. The garden is south west facing and stretches 100ft in width across the back of the house and 100ft in length to the side of the house. It is mainly laid to lawn with some mature boarders. Double glazed throughout and with cavity wall insulation, put in in 2012. "
