" This fabulous grade II listed town house with 4/5 bedrooms is set over 4 floors and has retained its period features giving it plenty of character and charm. It is well presented and has a modern kitchen/breakfast room making it a perfect family home. Located just a short walk of 900 yards to Pittville Park and the town centre makes it a great location for activities and things to do, there are plenty of cafes/shops/restaurants to visit. Accommodation comprises as follows. Ground floor: As you enter the property to your left you will find the formal dining room with a large window with original wooden shutters. This room is set to the front and offers lots of natural light to the room and also features a period fireplace. At the back of the house, the kitchen/breakfast room is situated over-looking the beautiful courtyard garden. Off the back of the kitchen there is a WC and a porch leading out to the courtyard.
