" An extended Art Deco 1930's four bedroom semi detached family home. The accommodation includes a tiled entrance hall with stairs to first floor and doors to sitting/dining room, kitchen/breakfast room and utility room. The sitting room has a feature cast iron fireplace with a living flame gas fire inset, curved corner window to the front aspect, T.V./telephone points and an archway through to the dining room which has sliding patio doors to the rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of storage units with roll edge work surfaces over and inset one and a half bowl sink and drainer unit. There is a 'Rayburn Royal' stove, integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, tiled flooring and door to rear garden. The utility has space/plumbing for domestic appliances, tiled flooring and doors to rear passageway, cloakroom and garage.
