The living room has a window to the rear aspect, a staircase leading to the first floor and T.V./ telephone points. The kitchen comprises range of matching wall and base level units with work surface over, stainless steel sink/drainer unit, space for domestic appliances and an extractor fan. On the first floor landing there is a loft hatch and doors to the bathroom, both bedrooms and the airing cupboard. Bedroom one is L-shaped and measures at max 15'4 x 12'10, has an over stairs cupboard and a telephone point. Bedroom two is a further double with telephone point.
