" A mature semi detached bungalow within walking distance of amenities. The well proportioned accommodation comprises entrance hall with doors to sitting room, dining room, bathroom and both bedrooms. The sitting room has a window to the front aspect and a gas fire. The dining room has two windows and a door to the rear garden and a door to the kitchen. The kitchen has a window to the rear aspect and is fitted with a range of eye and base level storage units with work surfaces over, space/plumbing for washing machine, cooker and fridge/freezer. A door leads from the kitchen to the side aspect where there is a covered area with gates to the front and rear gardens and a door into the garage. There are two double bedrooms, the master benefits from built in wardrobes. The bathroom is an off white suite comprising panel bath with shower over, pedestal wash hand basin, low level W.C, a storage cupboard and a window to the rear aspect. Outside to the front aspect is a driveway providing off road parking for one car which leads to a single garage.
