" The approach to this family home gives a small indication of lies beyond the front door, with the large driveway with log/bin stores and evident garage conversion. The home has been decorated to create a fantastic feeling of light and space with subtle colours and cleverly thought out flooring creating a wonderful flow as you explore the downstairs rooms. Downstairs offers a great mix of space, with a family room at the front of the property being the first of the reception rooms, with bay window bringing in masses of light and a multi-fuel burner to keep the cosy evenings warm. Following the flow of the hallway leads to the second reception, being extended to create a second living room and dining room overlooking the rear garden. There is again a multi-fuel burner giving a wonderful cottage feel to the room making it a great space to relax year round. Double doors give access to the garden from here, again creating a multitude of ways in which the space can used into the summer. The rear of the property is also home to the fully re-fitted kitchen which has a real wow factor as you enter from the hallway. There is space for a range cooker and fridge/freezer along with having a fitted dishwasher and wine cooler and useful side access door. The downstairs is completed with yet another reception room which could be utilised as a fourth bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also plumbing so the space can be used as a utility room as well. Venturing upstairs you will be automatically drawn to the bathroom which has been finished with incredible care and attention. The freestanding tub with clever taps coming from straight from the wall accompanies the stand alone shower cubicle, wash basin and W/C. The three bedrooms upstairs make great use of the space with two doubles and a single. The master bedroom benefits from having the bay window and built in wardrobes stretching the entire wall length. Bedroom two has views over the back garden with a large window making it a bright, uplifting room. The third bedroom looks over the front and is currently used as an office. Hidden in the roof of the property and accessed via wooden ladder from the landing is the converted loft space with skylight window. It is currently used as storage space but has previously been utilised as an office and has a host of possible uses. The current owner is a keen gardener and this is reflected in the well-tended garden to the rear. The mix of patio, lawn and flower bed space create a wonderful ambience to enjoy, even through the winter but when everything comes into full summer bloom, you won?t want to leave! This property is one not to miss and is the home you?ll want to invite all your friends around to see your beautiful new home. "
